It is a simulation application for analysis, planning and optimization purposes for production systems, which also offers the opportunity to expand by taking into account the needs of Industry 4.0. With the application that allows the modeling of discrete and continuous production systems, scenarios can be easily set up in two and three dimensions for factories, workshops, chemical processes or service systems with the drag and drop method, and can be operated in real time, at scale and at the highest possible speed.
Alternative scenarios can be designed by performing performance analyzes on run records. The user can determine which parameters (trace agents) will be recorded. Since asset behaviors can also be recorded, performance values such as downtime, times when the fault started and was fixed, and how long the machine was idle can be easily obtained.
The analysis and reporting tool includes basic statistical analyses and significance tests. Thus, significance probability levels between scenarios can be determined. Analyses, graphics, data, scenario information, screenshots can be produced as a Word file or a debriefing report with user selection. Analyses saved as templates can then be used directly.
While defining the scenario, route definition for carriers, route optimization during operation, demand forecasts, and production planning modules are supported for the creation of production plans.
