Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the AdSiFGUI desktop application (“Application”), provided by AGENA BILISIM VE SAVUNMA TEKNOLOJILERI ANONIM SIRKETI (“Company”, “Data Controller”).

1) Data we process

During normal use, the AdSiFGUI desktop application does not request, collect, store, or transmit personal data such as the user’s name, email address, phone number, account details, or similar personal information to our servers.

• In-app personal data: Not collected.
• Account / sign-in data: The Application does not include user accounts, sign-in, or registration.
• Payment / purchase data: The Application does not include an in-app purchase mechanism.
• Licensing: If paid use is required, a license may be provided separately in the form of a key file.
• Project and model files: Files created by the user are primarily stored locally on the user’s own device.

2) Purposes

Because the Application does not collect personal data during normal in-app use, no in-app personal data processing activity is carried out for that use.

However, if a user contacts us separately by email or another communication channel for a license request, support request, or commercial inquiry, the information voluntarily shared by the user may be processed solely for evaluating and responding to that request.

3) Licensing and communication

The AdSiFGUI desktop version currently does not include in-app purchasing or an automated license purchase mechanism. The Application may be available free of charge up to a certain level of use. If a paid license is needed, users must contact the Company, and where appropriate, a license may be provided separately as a key file.

If the user voluntarily shares contact details during a license request, such information may be used only for licensing and communication purposes.

4) Third-party services & sharing

The Application does not use third-party advertising SDKs, user tracking systems, or analytics infrastructure for user profiling.

Since the Company does not collect personal data as part of the normal desktop use of the Application, it does not sell or rent personal data in that context.

If a user separately contacts us for licensing or support, the information shared may be processed and, where necessary, shared only to the extent required to handle the request and comply with legal obligations.

5) Where data is stored

Project, model, and output files created by the Application are primarily stored on the user’s own device or in local storage locations chosen by the user. The Company does not automatically collect or transfer such files to its own servers during normal desktop use of the Application.

6) Security

Since the Application primarily processes data locally in the desktop use scenario, users are also responsible for the security of their own devices and file environments. The Company applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information shared during licensing or support communications.

7) Retention

Because no personal data is collected by the Company during normal desktop use of the Application, no centralized personal data retention activity is carried out for that use.

If the user separately shares personal information for licensing or support purposes, that information may be retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant request, business communication, licensing process, support process, or legal obligations.

8) Data deletion requests

Since the Application does not include user accounts, there is no in-app account deletion mechanism. However, users may submit requests regarding personal data shared during licensing or support communications to mobileSupport@agenabst.com.

9) Children

The Application is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10) Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.

KVKK Information Notice

This Information Notice has been prepared by AGENA BILISIM VE SAVUNMA TEKNOLOJILERI ANONIM SIRKETI regarding personal data that may be processed in connection with the AdSiFGUI desktop application under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

2) Personal data processed

The normal use of the AdSiFGUI desktop application is not intended to collect personal data from the user.

However, if the user separately contacts the Company for a license request, support request, or commercial communication, the following data voluntarily shared by the user may be processed: name, email address, institution/company information, communication content, and other information related to the request.

3) Purposes of processing

• Evaluating license requests and providing a license file.
• Handling user support processes.
• Managing requests, questions, and commercial communication.
• Complying with legal obligations.

4) Legal grounds

Your personal data may be processed under Article 5 of the KVKK based on being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and the legitimate interests of the data controller.

5) Transfers

Your personal data may be shared only to the extent necessary for licensing, support, communication processes, and legal obligations with authorized persons, institutions, and service providers.

6) Retention and disposal

During normal desktop use of the Application, the Company does not centrally collect personal data. Personal data separately shared by the user is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and is then deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

7) Your rights under the KVKK

You may submit requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK to mobileSupport@agenabst.com.
